Sustainability
We adopt a sustainable business approach and always aim to avoid unnecessary plastic waste. As such, we would never immediately recommend an upgrade of your filtration system, unless it is essential. Instead we adopt a "watch and wait" approach which could involve increasing your maintenance visits, thus reducing pressure on your filter system. We will give you tips on how to provide self care to your pond or we may recommend increasing aquatic planting for more natural fitration. The option of reducing the amount of fish you have in your pond reduces the amount of waste that your filter needs to process and this can also be an option as opposed to upgrading.

Once it is clear you do need to upgrade your system, our expert team will recommend and install the perfect filtration system for your ponds's individual need.
Depending on your pond and unless there are extenuating circumstances, we always undertake a full empty and fresh start of your pond before we install the new filtration.
